Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RestoSnap, the website and web application available at restosnap.com and any related subdomains (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Your account
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you;
- providing accurate registration information and keeping it current.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of UAE law;
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any part of the Service;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems;
- transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its data;
- use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to access the Service without our prior written consent;
- use the Service to compete with us or to develop a competing product.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant RestoSnap a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and we do not sell it.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit Your Content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right.
5. Plans and pricing
The Service is currently offered free of charge to a defined cohort ("Founding Members"). Founding Members are grandfathered to the feature set available at the time of their account creation, free of charge, with no obligation to convert to a paid plan.
We may introduce paid plans for new users in the future. Pricing, features, and terms of paid plans will be disclosed at the time of signup. Founding Members are not affected by paid-plan changes.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing the address below.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:
- you breach these Terms;
- we believe your use poses a security or legal risk;
- you have not used the account for an extended period (for free accounts only).
On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period (up to 90 days) to allow recovery, after which it may be permanently deleted.
7. Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is governed by our Disclaimer, which limits the warranties we provide and our liability to you. By using the Service you also accept the Disclaimer.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates the current version. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
12. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RestoSnap regarding your use of the Service.
