The information, calculations, charts, and outputs provided by RestoSnap (the "Service") are intended for general business-management purposes only. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any output, including Profit & Loss statements, Cost of Goods Sold, inventory usage, days of stock remaining, or any other figure displayed in the Service;
• merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement;
• uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service.

You are responsible for your own data

All data entered into the Service is supplied by you. RestoSnap does not verify, audit, or independently calculate the values you enter. Outputs (including all financial figures) are the result of arithmetic applied to your inputs. If your inputs are wrong, the outputs will be wrong. You alone are responsible for:

• the accuracy of every count, price, quantity, and amount you enter;
• the business decisions you make based on what the Service displays;
• complying with tax, accounting, regulatory, and other obligations that apply to your business.

We are not your accountant

The Service is not professional accounting, financial, tax, legal, or business advice. Outputs are not certified financial statements and must not be presented to tax authorities, auditors, lenders, or other third parties as if they were. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions that have financial, legal, or tax consequences.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RestoSnap, its owners, operators, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if RestoSnap has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The aggregate liability of RestoSnap for any direct damages arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the total fees you have paid to RestoSnap in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or AED 100, whichever is lower. For users on the Founding Member or any other free plan, the aggregate liability is limited to AED 0.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RestoSnap from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

Service availability

The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, in whole or in part, with or without notice. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, data loss, or feature removal may occur. RestoSnap will make reasonable efforts to back up your data but does not guarantee that any specific backup is available, complete, or restorable.

Governing law

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
